As housing needs changed, we focused our expertise on Additional Dwelling Units—garden suites, laneway homes, legal basement units, and multiplex conversions. Since immigrating with his family in 2003, he has poured his heart into every project, treating each home as if it were his own. With years of hands-on experience, Daniel knows that a great renovation isn’t just about making a space look better—it’s about making it work better, last longer, and truly feel like home. As a husband and father of four, he understands what families need in a home, and he brings that care and dedication to every job. At Gracia Makeovers Inc., clients aren’t just customers—they’re part of the family. And that means every detail matters.
